How to Beat Pacify Headquarters

To begin the level you need to go to the final door at the end of the corridor named "Special Access" and then enter it.

To complete the level you need to keep all the monsters in their holding cells until the power comes back on. There are 8 holding cells which you need to keep replacing the batteries on. You also have to replace the batteries on the Lesser Containment Unit when it malfunctions, otherwise the ghosts will escape and drain the holding cell batteries. There is also Shag's cage from which he will break out and you will have to put him to sleep using the disruptors.

The level has 4 stages:

Stage 1: Replacing the Holding Cell Batteries

The first stage is just replacing the batteries on the holding cells. At the center of the map there are generators where you can charge the batteries. During this stage the Lesser Containment Unit will malfunction and you will have to replace its 2 batteries once they fully break.

Stage 2: Knocking Out Shag with the Disruptors

This stage begins once Shag breaks out of his cell and starts chasing you. To complete it you need to blast him with the disruptors and knock him out. You will need to blast him 5 times. The disruptors drain the nearest holding cell battery, so watch out.

Stage 3: Burning the Cursed Dolls

This stage begins when the cursed dolls break out and come running down the stairs to drain the holding cell batteries. You will need to burn them all in the incinerator.

Stage 4: Shag Wakes Up and All Cells Unlock

This stage will unlock all the holding cells at once and Shag will wake up. You will have to use the disruptors to knock him out again and put everything back in its cell. During this stage the disruptors will drain the batteries less when used. When you use a disruptor on a monster it will get knocked out and put back in its cell automatically.

After you have done this the power will come back on and you will have completed the level. If the game is not ending, check if all the monsters are behind the bars of the holding cells, not just the outside doors.

How to protect yourself from the monsters in Pacify Headquarters

Take one of each protection item from the Supply Room. You can also drop a bunch of these items near the holding cells so you have them nearby if a monster escapes and grabs you.

How to Revive in Pacify Headquarters

If a monster injures you, go back up the stairs near the incinerator and you will get blasted by a laser and revived.
