How to Beat Level 0 in Escape The Backrooms

To complete the level, you need to unlock the door that leads to the pitfalls. To get the key, you need to assemble the ladder and get it. The entity in this level is the Bacteria and it will spawn a few minutes after starting the level.

To locate the ladder, go straight from your spawn until you find the locked door, and from there head right to the ladder, pick up the 4 ladder pieces and assemble them to get the key.

After you get the key, return to the door and unlock it.

To pass the pitfalls, you will have to balance yourself using Q and E. If you are tilting right, press Q, and vice versa, to balance yourself.

After you pass the pitfalls, crawl into the vent and you will get to Level 1 - The Habitable Zone.

If you fall down the pitfalls in multiplayer, your friends can use the rope at the end to pull you up.

If you fall down the pitfalls in singleplayer, or everyone in your multiplayer game falls down with you, follow the arrows on the wall to the exit. Be careful as the Bacteria is roaming around down there and it will chase you if it sees you.
