How to Beat Level 7 Thalassophobia in Escape The Backrooms

After you first enter level 7 Thalassophobia, it is important that you unlock The Hub door, because you will need to come back to this level for one of the alternate endings.

To complete the level, you need to first use the boat and get to this house:

As you get closer to that house, a fog will start appearing. To see better, you can set your Shadow Quality to low and the fog will disappear.

When you reach the house at the end, enter the cage and equip the Diving Helmet. After you drop down in the water, exit the cage and swim left and then enter the caves to reach the Cave System level.
